A successful entitlement results in a built project.  We are proud of the high percentage of our projects that get built; it starts with obtaining entitlements that take into account federal, state, special district, and local agency requirements.  We know and understand nexus requirements and the CEQA and NEPA process to ensure your project does its fair share without going beyond its legal requirements in order to minimize construction costs.

 SWPPP (STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN)

The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) is a fundamental requirement of the State’s General Construction Permit.  Our Qualified SWPPP Developers (QSDs) outline specific Best Management Practices (BMPs) suited to your project when preparing your SWPPP and our Qualified SWPPP Practitioners (QSPs) follow State mandates to inspect and preparing reports specific to your project, ensuring you meet State requirements.
