For over 40 years, Sharrah Dunlap Sawyer, Incorporated (SDS) has been at the forefront of land development design in far northern California.
Located in Redding along the I-5 corridor, 200 miles north of San Francisco, 300 miles south of Portland, SDS provides services to private-sector clients around the country and works in collaboration with firms from around the world.
