Tuscany Villas is a 79-lot Senior Community that SDS designed, engineered and processed through the City of Redding as a planned development and subdivision for Chase and Taylor, Inc.  The project is currently under construction in north Redding; located at the intersection of Oasis Road and Gold Hills Drive. 

The gated neighborhood includes numerous unique design elements including: an SDS designed lush Mediterranean style landscaped entry, narrow roadways, small lots, a community building with pool and outdoor recreation area, on-site trail network and nature preserves that support naturally occurring rare plants.  The homes have been designed to work efficiently with the rolling terrain by utilizing integrated retaining walls and creating usable side yards.
