The State Compensation Insurance Fund building is a three story office building, approximately 74,500 square feet, on a 5.63 acre parcel within the 11.47 acre site located on the southeast corner of Tarmac Road and Shasta View Drive North of State Route 44. The remaining 5.84 acres will support future retail uses and open space.

Sharrah Dunlap Sawyer prepared preliminary engineering plans for the entitlement process and followed up with civil construction documents. SDS Survey Dept. did onsite and offsite design surveys, as well as construction staking.
