Sharrah Dunlap Sawyer is processing the entitlements, preparing the planned development package and designing the civil engineering aspects of the Springs, a unique community designed for senior living.  The 10 acre site is located on Hilltop Drive, at the intersection of Highway 273 and Lake Boulevard in the north central area of Redding.  The campus will be composed of four parts: independent living, assisted living, memory care and cottages.
