Shastina Ranch, designed and engineered by Sharrah Dunlap Sawyer, Inc., is a 418 lot single-family subdivision and planned development on 224 acres approved in 2005.  Located in south Redding, south of Ranch Road, lying on both sides of Clover Creek the SDS designed community includes 30 acres of open space, a 7.5 acre neighborhood park, and significant areas of wetland preserve, and the Clover Creek open space corridor that includes an extensive trail system.  Entitling the project required an EIR and Facility Plan for which SDS provided engineering support and a tentative subdivision map. 

The first phase of the project is currently under construction.
