The Reserve II is a new addition to the previously approved Reserve at Gold Hills master-planned community. The Reserve II is 44 units within two-family attached homes and 4 single-family homes adjacent to the Dry Gulch Creek corridor.

With the addition of The Reserve II and the Reserve III, The Reserve at Gold Hills will consist of 331 homes within 4 distinct neighborhoods consisting of 169 two-family attached homes (4 single family homes within Reserve II included), 66 small lot, 64 traditional lot, and 32 large lot single family homes. The homes are architecturally diverse with practical yet imaginative floor plans and uniquely upscale elevations utilizing a variety of finish materials.

All of the two-family attached homes within The Reserve II are two-story and front roads with detached sidewalks and landscaped parkways. The exterior maintenance and the front yard landscape maintenance for the homes will be provided by the homeowners association.

Residents and visitors of the Reserve II will enjoy the significant entry features along both Oasis Road and Gold Hills Drive that are a part of The Reserve at Gold Hills. All intersections within the Reserve II and III will include special paving and enhanced landscaping. The sidewalks throughout the Reserve II are detached from the streets with a landscaped parkway separating pedestrians from vehicular traffic. Residents of the Reserve II will have full access to the centrally located neighborhood park, community recreation building and pool that are within the Reserve at Gold Hills.
