Sharrah Dunlap Sawyer has prepared the civil construction documents, hydrology and on-site detention studies, and the Buenaventura improvement plans for the Holiday Retirement Planned Development.  The project consists of a 3-story, 118-suite senior residential facility with associated parking and landscape.  The project will result in the grading of approximately 4.2 acres of the 7.6 acre site in order to  facilitate driveway construction, provide utilities, and create building pads and on-site parking
