Heritage Grove, located in the City of Shasta Lake, is a Planned Development Subdivision designed and engineered by SDS for GLC/Corpac.  The project combines varying housing types with a neighborhood commercial element.  The project includes approximately 400 units on a 177-acre site.  There are four distinct housing types: townhomes, garden court homes, traditional single-family homes and large lots for custom homes as well as 11-acres of retail commercial property.

The project is a pedestrian oriented environmentally sensitive community with walking paths and trails throughout the project and connections to neighboring Shasta Lake School.  Environmental impacts have been minimized as 40-percent of the site is being maintained as natural open space to protect hillsides and stream corridors.
