• Click either the 'Download files' or 'Upload files' button above
• Enter the username and password (provided by SDS staff member)
• For downloading, select the file you wish to retrieve and save to your computer
• To upload, follow instructions at top of page for viewing FTP site in Windows Explorer. You will need to enter username and password again. Then copy the file from your computer and paste into directory (or you can use the drag and drop method if you prefer)
